This project started with two guys and a vision. They wanted to put a spectacular house on one of Florida's most prestigious golf courses. The goal was to focus the house's amenities towards the rear of the house to give the best view of the golf course, especially when the pros are around to play in the Arnold Palmer Invitational. The house boasts 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms, has a total living space around 6,600 sq. ft. and a total square footage at just over 10,000! The open and spacious balcony and lanai make up close to 3,000 sq. ft. in total, making it the perfect place to watch the pros putt on the 11th green.
